Kevin in Baggy Pants with Attitude Last week, the town of Delcambre, Louisiana, unanimously passed an anti-sag ordinance, making it illegal to wear baggy pants that reveal your underwear in public. This undressed look, which is popular with celebrities like Kevin Federline, rapper 50 Cent and Britney Spears has become the style of choice for many young men and even some women in towns across the country. Apparently city officials in Delcambre decided they didn't want to see the underwear of their young citizens any more. The ban carries penalties of up to six months in jail and a $500 fine.
