“I know sometimes they can be fun,” says well-known hair and makeup artist Robert Jones, “but for this season, we saw a lot of intense and saturated colors on the runway.”

Jones believes makeup can only compete with your new autumn wardrobe, so choose softer, more natural shades. “Let’s face it, natural colors always make every woman look her most beautiful and youthful,” he points out. “When choosing lip and cheek color, just remember, peaches, corals and warm pinks are your best friend!”
