Instant under-eye brightener

This is one of the best under-eye concealers we've seen. Ever. The Skin Care Makeup from Jane Iredale introduces Active Light, an illuminating concealer that doesn't contain talc, so you get a finish that won't settle in fine lines. The mineral particles in Active Light create a soft-focus effect and change the way light is reflected from the skin, camouflaging dark circles. The product also contains buckwheat wax to reduce puffiness. Twist the bottom part of the wand to push the concealer into the brush; it can be applied either over or under your foundation.
