Stylish Sandra Oh has proven herself on the red carpet and in front of the camera. The star won a Golden Globe for her performance in the television drama series, Grey's Anatomy. But we love her spirit too. When she accepted her award, she said "to all my fellow Asian-American actors out there, I share this with you, and be encouraged and keep shining." Here, the radiant Oh personifies shine in sheer, natural hues punctuated by a hint of glossy platinum near her eyes. Makeup artist Deborah Grayson tells us how to get her look.
Step 1: Apply a light, oil-free hydrating lotion to your entire face; use a product containing SPF 15 if you're prepping for a daytime event.
Step 2: Fill in the inner rim of your bottom lash line with a black eyeliner pencil.
Step 3: Swish a pointed liner brush in matte-black eye shadow back and forth. It's important to immerse the brush in the shadow as a preparation for the next step so you'll get an even application. Shake the brush afterward so there are no fly-away specs.
